Η Vilkon Drone Robotics (VDR) represents the evolution of a company initially founded in 2011 under the name High Fly Drones (HFD) by Mr. Sheykkh Lubnan, an engineer with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kharkiv, Ukraine. The founder’s vision was to develop pioneering technology in autonomous UAV-Drone systems, ahead of its time.
The next step was the establishment of Electric Vehicles LLC (VEV LLC) in 2018, focusing on ground electric mobility (electric bikes, electric motorcycles, electric vehicles), followed by the founding of ELEXCARGO in 2021, which specializes in fast cargo transportation using eco-friendly electric vehicles developed by VEV. Meanwhile, HFD and VEV were in the process of developing the first flying car in Ukraine.
These companies experienced rapid growth and significant activity in their respective fields.
The 2022 war in Ukraine forced Mr. Sheykkh Lubnan to abandon all his business activities and relocate to Greece, seeking protection and safety for himself and his family, marking the beginning of a new journey.
With the re-establishment of VEV in the EU as Vilkon Electric Vehicles Greece Ε.Ε. (VEV GR) in 2022 and of Vilkon Drone Robotics (VDR) Vilkon Drone Robotics (VDR) in 2023-24, the company resumed its operations. It transferred all its knowledge and experience in construction, research and development of new technologies, as well as the provision of services and expertise acquired over the past 11 years. RUSSIA INVADES UKRAINE making Kharkiv one of the first Cities to be targeted, hence forcing to immediately discontinue operations of all the companies that were founded by Mr.Lubnan.S and forcing him to evacuate with his Family & Kids from Kharkiv City.

Eco-Friendly Package delivery service LLC «ELEX CARGO» is launched. EL = ELectric EX = Express www.elexcargo.com The VEV LULIDA is used intensively as the main mode of transport for the delivery of packages for the purpose of rigorous testing in freezing Ukranian winters (-25°c) and for the purpose of promotion of the EV.
VEV LULIDA receives all the necessary Certifications & Licenses from the State to become fully roadworthy EV and obtain Green License plates that are issued to Eco-Friendly EVs in Ukraine.
In collaboration with it’s Chinese partners, VG starts work on the Mini 4 Seater Electric car VEV LULIDA. The car was ready by Autumn 2021 and was branded “Finished in Ukraine” because the mechanical aspects were done in PRC, but the electrical & electronics aspects were developed in Ukraine.
VG Joins hand with Kharkiv-based EV company TurboLegs & Levconi to promote E-Microbility even further of the increased popularity of food delivery services such as GLOVO & RAKETA in Ukraine.
